INTRODUCTION
Work Immersion is one of the course requirements for the
Senior High School students of Agusan del Sur Natinal High
School, the Senior High Students are exposed to an actual way
of preparation to face any challenging task in the real world.
Specifically help to improve critical thinking, gain relevant
practical industrial skills under the guidance of industry and
experts and workers, appreciates the importance of
applications taught in school, enhance our technical knowledge
and skills, it enrich our skills in communication and human
relations, and also develop good work habits, attitude,
appreciation, and respects in the work.
These prepare them to meet the needs and challenges of
employment of higher education after graduation.
We, the learners can enhance our skills and become familiar
with the work place. It helps us discover new things and can be
use in the future when we find a job that suit to our course.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I would like to express my greatest appreciation to all those who guided
me to complete this 10 days of work immersion.

Throughout my journey. He taught me how to deal different kind of

Respect them. Our Almighty GOD to motivate me in my everyday task
and also to finish the 10 days of Work Immersion.
Second, I would like to thank my family, especially my Father and
Brother for encouraging me and providing me financial assistance.
Without this I might not be able to complete my work immersion.
Thirdly, my deepest appreciation to our Work Immersion Teacher, Mr.
Evan Barliso, for guiding us in out work immersion. To my classmates
who were there for me to motivate and to talked when I need someone
to talk too.
Thank you for being always there in times of struggling. Lastly
acknowledge with much appreciation to the Department of Agrarian
Reform in Records Office Head by: Ms. Dhel Hosna Panggo and also the
staff of this department for sharing there knowledge that they have

MY GOAL
One of my goal is to show the skills and talent when it comento
my chosen courses.
And also, because of this Work Immersion. We can also apply
what we had been learned during our classes hours.
The Immersion really a beneficial for the things that we are lack
of And this work immersion is considered as stepping stone for
the us to practice and develop ourselves for what we have
chosen.
When we are in the stage, We students may realize how the
chosen cources it may be work in the future so that we can
learned an idea what courses will bring, if it’s really suits to us
or we found it a boring one.
INSIGHTS
Work Immersion enchance my skills in my chosen filed of
expertise.
Through work immersion, I was able to explore, interact with
people of the various personality, get to know the ideals of the
future career and most importantly, I get to develop my skills in
my chosen field.
With the hustle, fun and learning that I have in my work
immersion I also get to know myself
I realized what I really want in the future. I was able to reflect
on the advantages and disadvantages of my future career.
With this, I know that I can already adjust in my future work
after graduation and I will be able to pursue my dream job.
As a student, I can say that overall, my work immersion is great!
I learn a lot while I’m exploring and learning this journey.
