"Change permission to TCPIP services file" Run-time error '76' - Path not found Solution: By default Windows OS should have TEMP folder in C:\ drive. If it is not available, create a C:\TEMP folder. Run-time error '48' - File not found : PCSHLL32.DLL Solution: Most likely you are using a Personal Communications v14 64-bit install. These are not supporting. Install the V14 32-bit version instead CPPS Mac support Due to technical restrictions both the CPPS HPS on-line application and Personal Communication (PCOMM) application are not supported on a Mac.
