around 13 years old, and I’m riding the school bus with my classmates.
Imagine that classical yellow school bus that you see in the movies? Yep, that type.
I was invited to a birthday party (which I was pretty stoked about because no one invited me
anywhere lol). But, to be frank with you, it seemed like the whole grade was invited anyway (so
I didn’t feel that special).
The bus was incredibly loud, full of Axe-covered 13 year old boys screaming on the top of their
lungs. Most kids were on their phones playing Angry Birds or Clash of Clans (whichever one
was more popular at the time).
Then one of my classmates, let’s call him Jo, starts showing all of the kids something on his
iPhone.
“Guys look at what I’m watching.”
The boys, including myself, glared at Jo's screen in awe.
Something flipped a switch. Not a good switch. There is no going back.

A FEW DAYS LATER…
So this thing that Jo showed me, I wanted to see what it was all about.
So I waited for the perfect time.
Parents left home. It was just me. Perfect timing.
Now maybe you’re confused, but since the topic of this e-book is about porn addiction, you
could probably guess already what I had watched on Jo’s screen on the bus. Yes, it was porn.
(And Jo was proud of it too, for fucks sake).
So now, I started googling this site that Jo had told me about.
The videos immediately captivated my attention, I could not stop. The vast opportunities of
sexual fantasies, novelty, and a variety of women of different shapes and sizes right at my
fingertips. As a 13 year old kid just going through puberty, I could not resist. Could you blame
me?
These companies prey on your fundamental human desire for reproduction and use it to take
absolute advantage of you. They understand that the biggest natural dopamine hit in your
reward circuitry is sexual stimulation and orgasm, and they prey exactly on this desire.
Leaving you attached and hooked, feeling like you’re the person who’s actually having sex.
This was scary, but I was not scared yet.
Like most people, I was pretty adamant that I was addicted. Or that this was even a problem.
After all, Jo on the school bus watches it right? And all the boys in my grade pretty much watch
it, so it has to be okay. Right…?
Overtime, I became a slave to my desires. A slave to my urges, and a slave to my phone.
Everytime I would have the urge, I would act on it.
Looking back, it was depressing as fuck man. Just writing this e-book gives me the chills and
some negative memories. I’m seeing myself in 3rd person, looking outside the window and
waiting for my parents to leave the house so I could immerse myself in a library of videos.

It’s been 2 years.
I am now starting to realize that this habit is NOT normal. It’s not making me feel better at all.
Looking back, I’ve slowly developed what scientists call “desensitization.” Simply put, the
brain protects itself against excessive dopamine. So overtime, as I watched more and more
porn throughout those 2 years, what used to “turn me on” no longer did. Every session, I
required a greater hit of dopamine and novelty than my previous session to achieve the same
“buzz.” This phenomenon is highly prevalent in cases of addiction. Our brains are extremely
malleable, so over time, the brain adapts to this overstimulation.
This same phenomenon is responsible for the growing epidemic of men experiencing erectile
dysfunction and developing difficulties within their sex life. Real-life partners are simply no
longer that enticing compared to the extreme content found on explicit websites.
But this isn’t just about women. Real-life pleasures like conversations, walks in nature,
exercise, eating, were no longer that pleasurable or as fun to me. Today, after being porn free
for a few years, the amount of joy that I get from these small pleasures like a walk in nature is
immeasurable. I want and wish that each and every one of you reading this will experience
that bliss.

Porn quietly turns a man into a modern day slave, and that’s what it did to me. A slave with no
chains. A pair of invisible chains, of course.
I could not take it anymore. I knew that I was addicted, and that this was hurting me. I needed
a way out.
Sadly, I was alone. There was no one really to talk to, and I didn’t even know that something
like “no fap” existed at the time. To be fair, it was 7 years ago so I’m not really sure that there
were as many resources as there are today on the topic.
I did everything in my personal power to get rid of this addiction. So I had an epiphany at the
time. For a 15 year old, this was a pretty big epiphany. I realized that one of the best ways to
overcome this addiction was to tackle it at its core.

And it all starts with the urge.
Sounds basic right? But I thought: if I didn’t act on my urges every single time, I would be free.
If I could manage and control my urges, I would be unchained from the invisible porn chains
for life.
And this is exactly the learnings I want to share with you within this short guide. If you’re
struggling brother, I’ve been exactly in your shoes, and I want to tell you that it IS possible to
get out.
Will it be easy? No.
But where is the fun in easy? My experience with quitting porn was difficult. But looking back,
I’ve learned to appreciate the hardships and my struggles. As I’ve told you, it pains me to look
back at young Maor struggling.
One day, you’ll look back in gratitude at the place you are right now. There is beauty in the
struggles and difficulties in life (although hard to understand in the present moment).
→ Be hopeful that there is light at the end of the tunnel, hope is a powerful drug for mankind.
→ Be grateful that you’ve decided to take action by reading this e-book, most people don’t
even do that. Hell most people don’t even know that porn is even a PROBLEM.

however. You just have to know & understand the playing field.
Temptation is everywhere. You open up your Instagram feed, you see some girls shaking their
ass. Jumping up and down so you can see their fake tits, lol. And guess what? Instagram
already knows you’re a young man who would LOVE to see that type of content. News flash:
women don’t get recommended this content.
What’s happening here? Profits over people. Sex sells all the time. Instagram will show you
more of that content in the hopes that you’ll stay more on their platform. Do you actually think
they give a crap about you and your addictions?

Not only is this explicit type of material prevalent and everywhere in our modern culture, it’s
being masked.
“It’s about sexual liberation” “Relax it’s normal and acceptable”
Okay sure do whatever, but it’s harming both men and women in the long run.
Meditate on this: would you agree with me that the culture and environment that we live in
influences the thoughts that we think and the actions that we take?
Explicit material has been so common in our modern world, that you might have been
brainwashed to think this one thing:
“Porn & explicit material (even Instagram thots) is normal and fine”
Or more commonly, this thinking:
“Porn & explicit material is pretty bad, but fine once in a while”
In our hyper-sexualized society, I wouldn’t be surprised if you have this belief. It’s not your
fault. Or maybe you’re like younger Maor, you think it’s like 70% bad, and like 30% normal and
acceptable.
That’s dangerous and flawed thinking my friend.

How do you expect that we move on to the next section if you still think that porn is 7% okay
in moderation on a Saturday night when you’re bored and a little horny.
Decide right now, with me, that it’s a 100% hell no. There’s no wishy-washy 4% fine, 96% bad.
Put an end to that brainwashing NOW.
Put it in perspective: you’re literally jerking off to pixels on a screen that mean absolutely
nothing in the grand scheme of things. Yet, the scary part is that your brain doesn’t know the
difference between that and real sex. You’re watching two virtual pixel people fucking. Key
word: watching. Guess what that does to your self confidence in the long run?
Your lizard brain thinks that you have procreated, and oh shit – you’ve been with 10 women in
the last hour. You’ve spread your seed far and wide, now it’s time to relax, am I right? This
sexual satiety will now make you more docile, castrated, and weak. There’s no question about
it.
Why? Because you’ve fulfilled the second law of the two fundamental laws of human existence:
1) Ensure the survival of the organism (the individual)
2) *Ensure the survival of the human species (the collective)
And in the modern world, number 1 is already pretty much checked off because you already
have every single comfort known to man. No need to hunt, work hard, or fight for your life
anymore. Survival is easy. This is why making your life intentionally harder with more delayed
gratification activities is such a modern-day hack.
By fulfilling law number 2, you’re only making your life harder. 24/7, unlimited mates
accessible at your fingertips is a modern CURSE.
Your ancestors would frown upon you.
Imagine God watching you. You know, everytime you fap.

Meditate on this: the chances of you being alive, reading this text that I’m typing now is
1 in 400 TRILLION.
And you’re still thinking that porn is 7.4% okay. Don’t you think you’re destined for more?
You can think I’m crazy, but I truly believe that each and every one of you has a god-given

In a modern world where it’s becoming increasingly difficult to give up explicit
material, a man who can take complete control of his sexual urges and give up porn for
good is a strong man to be taken seriously. This is step 1 for success as a young man.
Before we jump in, I’d like to take a moment to appreciate your time investing in reading this
guide. Your time is valuable, and I will make sure it’s worthwhile for you.

Let me show you the ways brother…
1. Breath, a magical potion

Remember, I said that the best thing that I did to help me destroy my porn addiction was to
tackle it by its root. And the root is the “urge” to fap.
Master your urges and you will no longer be a slave.
Funny enough, some of the simplest tips are usually the most effective. They’re timeless. And
this tip comes back to your breath.
I actually had a YouTube short that blew up on this topic, but here I want to dive even deeper.
What does your breath have to do with defeating your porn addiction? Let me dive in:
→ Ok so picture this. You’ve just gotten an urge to watch porn.
You’re about to reach out for your phone, but instead, you use your breath to your advantage.
Here’s what you need to understand.
It’s not a coincidence that people say “to take a deep breath” when you’re feeling stressed,
anxious, or worried. These examples are fleeting emotions and feelings. Guess what, this
“urge” to watch porn is also a feeling. And it’s fleeting as well.

And the power of breath is immense: if you can control your breath and allow it to circulate
throughout your body, you regain control over any emotion or feeling. In this case, this
emotion/feeling of lust and desire to watch porn.
How do you practically do this though?
Whenever I have an urge (and surprise surprise I still do sometimes, even though I haven’t
watched porn in years), I breathe into it.
So what I do is I allow my breath to physically circulate the emotion of “horniness” and lust
throughout my body. I’ve gotten inspiration from The Way of The Superior Man, by David
Deida, but I’ve changed the practice to my preference and liking. Let me teach this method to
you.
The Visualization Practice Goes Like This:
Close your eyes. Understand that you have excess energy in your dick (essentially). This
practice involves moving that blocked energy throughout your body. Specifically, you will
initially flex your pelvic floor muscles (the muscle responsible for stopping your piss), and as
you do that, you will breathe in through your nose and imagine that energy clogged in your
dick moving up your spine, into your head. Once you’ve moved that energy up to your head,
then I want you to exhale through your nose and imagine that energy moving down from your
head to the front of your body and into your hands. Repeat this cycle a few times as needed.
This practice is fundamentally what is known as sexual transmutation. You’re using that energy
to your advantage. Circulating that sexual energy throughout your body and visualizing it going
into your hands. Why your hands? I’ve found it to be extremely practical as that’s what we use
to “do.” It’s a very practical place to move that energy to.
Sexual energy and sexual transmutation is another topic in itself, but the goal is to USE that
energy as leverage. Instead of seeing it as so “negative” and scary, you use it to your
advantage.
And news flash guys, your semen has immense power and energy.
Did you know that it takes 40 drops of blood to create one drop of semen? The amount of
resources needed to create semen is immense, there’s a whole powerhouse and bodily
functions that take an incredible amount of energy just to manufacture your semen.
I know maybe this sounds a little weird, taboo, and odd to you if you’re hearing this for the
first time (I know I was weirded out too), but it is truly a mind-blowing concept that you must
understand as a man.

Us men have the ability to create another human being with our semen, and you’re telling me
that there is no power in keeping it in and not wasting it in your bathroom to pixels?
Nonsense.
So back to the breath stuff.
I’ve used this same practice to breathe into hundreds of urges and defeat them with my
extreme presence and laser-beaming focus. You “fap” because you’re not present. Tap into
extreme presence and breathing to unlock a superpower only reserved to a few men.
Learn to not be afraid of the urge. Whenever I have an urge, I am cool, grounded, and present
with it.
Stop with this bullshit of “guys help me I have a no fap urge please I don’t know what to do
I’m scared it will take over me and control me.” I see this all the time and it needs to stop.
Eckhart Tolle, the author of “The Power of Now” said, “Whatever the present moment contains,
accept it as if you had chosen it.”
Heck, there are times where I have a CRAZY urge but I force myself to just be still, even still
holding my phone, I breathe into my urge and give myself 30 seconds of breathing before I
make ANY decision to watch or touch anything.
This practice has never failed me. I know it sounds simple, but it is incredibly effective when
understood and done right.
Before we go to the next tip, here are two bonus things I want to tell you about:
1) Practice daily meditation
2) Practice daily breathwork
1) You still need to build up enough willpower to stop yourself from watching porn.
The best way that I’ve been able to build up an insane amount of willpower is through daily
meditation.
And I already hear your lizard brain:
“why would it work for me? It sounds too stupid”
“I rather do something else, then waste time sitting down and doing nothing”
“It’s too boring, it’s for the monks”

“I don’t feel an effect yet, this shit doesn’t work”
These above statements are exact things that went through my mind in the past, before I got
into meditation. I did not understand the value of meditation, and there’s a chance you’re in
my shoes right now.
Or you’ve tried it, and it “hasn’t worked” so you are back to being a normal person.
Here’s my question for you.
Imagine you had more willpower to stop yourself in the act of deciding to watch porn. That’s
powerful stuff, no? Well I can tell you right now that you can unlock that power through daily
meditation (10 minutes or more).
Get into this habit, and it will change your life. This will help you in other aspects as well, one
of the true life hacks.
Simple No BS Actionable Step
→ Meditate for 10 minutes or more everyday for the rest of your life
→ Use “Balanced” app to get started. It literally is a guided meditation that works by
understanding your needs and experience level. You have 0 excuses not to get started.
And if you don’t want to get an app and meditation seems too overwhelming right now, do
this: Start with setting a 5 minute timer on your phone, and close your eyes. Your goal during
this introductory meditation is to count your breaths from 1-10, on repeat. This way, you’re
focusing on your breath, and if a thought comes in and you lose focus, you label it as a
“thought”, and come back to counting your breath. Your breath is your anchor. Everytime you
get distracted (which is inevitable) and come back to your breath, that’s the equivalent of a
“bicep curl” for your brain. You’ve just increased your meditation and presence XP.
2) The second thing I want you to get into is breathwork. Doing this alongside meditation will
supercharge your presence XP. Think of it like a video game, the more XP you have in this skill,
the better you will be at handling your NoFap urges.
Simple No BS Actionable Step
→ Download “state” app or a similar app that’s for the purpose of breathwork and use it to
literally rewire your brain everyday by temporarily changing your physiological state and as a
result, become more grounded and present.
And my best hack is that you can even use the app whenever you have an urge. They have a
“feel more present” breathing exercise that you can do. Now that you understand the power of
presence, I’m sure you get why this breathing exercise is powerful.

No one is doing this brother. Gain an advantage over your slave mind and become more
present. Presence is truly a modern SUPERPOWER.

2. You’re literally making it harder for yourself

Brother, so remember I told you how the modern, hyper-sexualized world is against you?
It is against you, with “triggers” to fap essentially being everywhere on the internet.
Well, you’re making a few mistakes that exponentially increase the amount of urges you have
everyday.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I told you not to be afraid of urges. But if you can limit the amount
of triggers that you get in your everyday life, that could give you an advantage over your
younger self who just didn’t care about this.
When I wanted to give up porn, I was still on Instagram. Following hot chicks and hot
instagram accounts of girls showing their ass and tits. Guess how that went for me?
Avoiding these triggers will give you less opportunities throughout the day to fap. If you're
trying to quit porn, but you’re telling me that you can still look at hot chicks shaking their ass
on Instagram and get away with it, you're lying to yourself.
If you fill your mind with images and videos that provoke sexual thoughts the whole day,
you’re simply more likely to fap. And some of it can be subconscious so you could’ve seen a
hot chick on Instagram in the morning and like at 8 PM you get this random urge because you
remembered that girl (even unconsciously, it could've passed your mind) and it all goes
downhill.
Instead, do you know what you fill your mind with on a daily basis instead? Thoughts about
your goals, purpose, and work. This is simply what a masculine man does.

A man who is obsessed with his purpose and work simply does not have time to thirst over a
woman on Instagram. He’s simply too focused on himself and where he is going. Become a
man who is fully focused on his purpose, so much so that he does not have the desire to simp
and give in to his temptations.
When you’re trying to give up porn, don’t forget this quote:
“Lack of purpose creates distractions.”
And you know what bro, it’s not even always the hot “celebs” that you’re following that are an
issue. It can even be a hot girl in your class that you’re following and simping over. Hey know
what, this is controversial, but you should unfollow most of the people on Instagram who you
don’t know personally, or add significant value to your life.
I literally follow around 90 people, I don’t even give a shit if people unfollow me back. One day
I just decided to go on an unfollowing spree and pretty much went from following 500 people,
down to 90.
What’s the point in following people you don’t care about? It’s either a hell yes, or a hell no in
my book. No middle ground.
Also, why are you even on Instagram? Use Instagram to produce, not the other way around.
And I hope you don’t have a TikTok brother, cause the degenerate shit on there is 200 times
worse.
Lesson here? Become a man full of purpose, passions, goals. A man who has a higher
calling. Become so busy and selfish with your time and how you spend your time that
you simply do not have the desire to fall prey into the hyper-sexualized modern world.
This selfishness is actually a gift to the world around you, because in the long run, you
would be able to cultivate it into selflessness.
→ Cut down the bullshit, cut down the distractions. You do not need them.
→ Don’t cope and tell me you still need “Instagram” and TikTok. Grow up brother. Cut
down the triggers.
→ Also, stop playing with your dick. It activates a pavlovian response which makes it
harder for you not to fap and go back to your bad habits.
3. Underrated advice to master your urges

Your body is a machine.
How you treat this machine is EXTREMELY important for mastering your NoFap urges.
As I mentioned before, NoFap urges are not bad per say. But we want tools and ways to better
handle them when they do come, and inevitably they will.
What do I mean by treating this machine well?
Well, let me give you an example. Imagine on a certain day, I fed my body shitty food. I barely
drank water, barely slept, and didn’t go outside and get sunlight or move my body.
What would happen when, for instance, a NoFap urge arrived?
I say this with certainty: I would 100% not be able to handle it as well. I would be more likely
to give into temptation. Why? Because the input that I gave my “machine” was simply sub-par.
Did you know that “serotonin”, the happy chemical, is actually manufactured in your gut? What
you feed yourself is extremely vital and important to FEELING good and happy. You know that
if you’re feeling sluggish, tired, ate shit food, and just feeling SHIT about yourself, that you’d be
more likely to do bad habits that day.
Fapping is no exception.
This goes hand-in-hand with your hormonal health. Hormonal health, aka high testosterone is
VITAL for us men. Men with higher testosterone are simply more driven, want to just win at
life, and crush life and their goals.
Shit food filled with GMOs and pesticides is known to be estrogenic and lower your
testosterone.
Give your body these INPUTS to increase your testosterone, and improve your mood
drastically:
1. Eat organic. Foods that’s not organic are known to have pesticides, which are not only
estrogenic but will also make you feel like shit.
2. Don’t eat processed shit - Eat whole nutritious foods with 1-4 ingredients. Ditch the
food that has processed seed oils like canola oil or sunflower. It’s literally in most
processed foods out there. You’re better off without it.
3. Cut out your refined sugar intake – sparingly is fine, but you should rarely be eating
refined sugar.
4. Give your body the gift of movement, exercise, and the sun. Get sun especially first
thing in the morning (extremely vital for your mental health, T levels, and improving
your mood).

5. Drink lots of water. And make sure that the water is spring water, or that you have
some sort of reverse-osmosis water filter. Fluoride is prevalent everywhere in
non-filtered water like tap water and is not healthy for your body. It’s also not
prevalent in nature (it’s completely man made).
6. Give yourself 8-9 hours of time in bed. Enough rest is essential for a strong body and
mind.
Keep educating yourself about your health and optimizing what you eat and the inputs that
you give your body. Hell, it can even be what music you listen to. Is it bringing your mood
down and making you feel like shit? If so, replace it.
Here’s a great resource from an underrated guy who’s helped me to learn more about eating
the right foods.
What’s the lesson here? Truly treat your body like a temple, give it good inputs, and see how
it makes NoFap urges extremely easy to manage and control. You’re going to have more
willpower, control, and confidence over yourself.
This is an untapped superpower.
Look around you, most people are giving their bodies poison, shitty inputs. No wonder they
can’t control their mind.
Food for thought: If you can’t control your mind, aren’t you a slave?
4. The big red X

enters my mind I visualize a big red X over it and imagine a loud ambulance siren. If the porn
image is insistent, I visualize exploding it in my head. The key is to do it immediately. The
technique becomes more automatic with time.

So as I told you, I’ve watched countless porn videos in my childhood. Not a good achievement
but it’s important to note for my next point below.

Personally, maybe you can understand me, but whenever I tried to quit, I would have
flashbacks of a million different porn scenes and mental images of them.
This girl doing that, in that position, in that scenario, etc.
And many times just remembering those videos alone gave me that inspiration and urge to
fap. Which made it incredibly hard. Over time, as you reboot and abstain from porn, these
mental images slowly fade, but it takes time.
To aid in this process, I’ve learned about the “Big X” method from Your Brain on Porn By Gary
Wilson (a very recommended book btw) and want to teach it to you.
Essentially, whenever you have these mental images of the videos you’ve watched like 2
months ago, instead of entertaining that thought, I want you to imagine a big X over that
image in your brain. Pair that with an “alarm” noise over that mental image. I’ve used that
myself and it’s been incredibly powerful at helping me to slowly fade the mental images of the
shit that I used to watch. Hell even to this day I remember some fucked up scenes. It takes

unnecessary urges from popping up.
Your goal now is to refrain from watching porn and avoid engaging with any previously stored
mental images. Continuing to engage with these thoughts strengthens the neutral connections
in your brain, making it much more difficult to forget them. This is due to the process of
synaptic plasticity, where neural pathways in the brain become strengthened through
repeated activation, leading to long-lasting changes in the brain's structure and function.
So brother, for a faster reboot, it’s essential for you to avoid reinforcing these connections by
using this “big X” method.
I will keep repeating that urges are not bad, but if you can take preventative action to ensure
that they bother you less throughout your day, then why not do that?
