Exploring the RTE Role
Welcome to Exploring the RTE Role, part of the RTE Essentials learning series. This section
will outline what it means to be an RTE, the benefits of being an RTE, and provide you with
tips and tools to help you perform as an RTE.
Your turn - reflecting on difficulty receiving information
Think about a time in your career where you had difficulty receiving information without
rejecting it. How could you have improved your response to accept the information as it
was offered and been more empathetic to the situation?
