would divide it into three parameters. Number one is
telephonic interview, your basic hygiene factor, how to

Number one telephonic interview - whenever you are into a

your HR on a telephony ground, please smile when you talk.

one. Point number two. Be slow and calm and patient when
you are talking, when you are speaking. Number three.
Listening is very important. Whenever an HR is telling you
something listen to it acknowledge it and then appreciate
and then respond to it. Until and unless you listen it's never
going to work out.
Number, you know, point number four. Be very structured.

to do a rehearsal with one of your friends, colleagues or

And again appreciating the time of the HR is also very
important. And if you don't know something upfront, be
honest. You don't know about it and be very slow when
you're speaking. Don't be nervous, don't be shaky. Be excited
about what you are, you are going into an HR’s room because
you have done something in your life. Otherwise you would
not be there, right?
Point number three Skype interview. See when I say Skype
interview, it's in another form of personal interview only
where the HR is able to see you. Right? But you unlike what
happens in Skype interview you don't know how many hrs
are there, for example there might be one HR who is taking
in your interview but probably there are five more hrs who
are keeping a watch on you and they are not into the screens
arena. So you have to understand that there are other people
who can also give inputs to that interview interaction of
yours. You are, you have to check with your network
connectivity of your internet. That has to be very much, you
know, so that you are clear about your ideas, you know.
When you speak, please remember to also hand use the
postures of body language. Body language is one by the way
we can communicate to the HR in a very effective way. Be
very slow, be very cautious. I am sure Skype interview can
be clear in just the perfect shot, if you can follow these
advices. Now group discussion is another form of
recruitment these days I which have always come, you know,
in a very great way. In GD form of interaction what happens,
it's like more of a discussion than an interview. It happens in
leadership roles or other similar laws where the HR and the
CEO of the organization comes with a discussion with you. In
that they would not ask or start the conversation in like tell
me something about you? They would not start like that. It's
like a discussion about you joining the organization, you, you
are explaining your attributes to the company, be very
passionate about it. Be a player, show your interest in the
