Number one telephonic interview - whenever you are into a telephonic interview round with an HR the HR is not in front of you. So the chance of you making an impact with your gesture and postures are very less, right? But always remember smile is something which is being reflected even via a telephone. So whenever there is an interaction with your HR on a telephony ground, please smile when you talk. That definitely creates an impact. Number point number one. Point number two. Be slow and calm and patient when you are talking, when you are speaking. Number three. Listening is very important. Whenever an HR is telling you something listen to it acknowledge it and then appreciate and then respond to it. Until and unless you listen it's never going to work out. Number, you know, point number four. Be very structured. After this, I'll speak this, after this, I'll speak this, after, speak this, I will speak this. And please whenever you end your telephonic interview also end with agreed and you know understanding and appreciating and valuing his time like, for example, thank you so much sir, it was pleasure talking to you. Respond to the HR like this and end your conversation. I believe you can follow this. Your first the telephonic round would be really an amazing round and experience for you. Number two. Personal interview. Whenever you are going for a personal interview, be yourself, point number a. Point number B, be very clear in what you are stating. If you don't know something be a very honest. Sir, I don't know about it. A confused no, you know a confused yes is not at all good. Okay, a confused yes is not at all good. Your positive move movement of your body should be replicated to the HR. You should be excited about the role. You should reflect your passion to the HR when you are sitting for a personal interview. And if you don't know something upfront, be honest. You don't know about it and be very slow when you're speaking. Don't be nervous, don't be shaky. Be excited about what you are, you are going into an HR’s room because you have done something in your life. Otherwise you would not be there, right? Point number three Skype interview. See when I say Skype interview, it's in another form of personal interview only where the HR is able to see you. Right? But you unlike what happens in Skype interview you don't know how many hrs are there, for example there might be one HR who is taking in your interview but probably there are five more hrs who are keeping a watch on you and they are not into the screens arena. So you have to understand that there are other people who can also give inputs to that interview interaction of yours. You are, you have to check with your network connectivity of your internet. That has to be very much, you know, so that you are clear about your ideas, you know. When you speak, please remember to also hand use the postures of body language. Body language is one by the way we can communicate to the HR in a very effective way. Be very slow, be very cautious. I am sure Skype interview can be clear in just the perfect shot, if you can follow these advices. Now group discussion is another form of recruitment these days I which have always come, you know, in a very great way. In GD form of interaction what happens, it's like more of a discussion than an interview. It happens in leadership roles or other similar laws where the HR and the CEO of the organization comes with a discussion with you. In that they would not ask or start the conversation in like tell me something about you? They would not start like that. It's like a discussion about you joining the organization, you, you are explaining your attributes to the company, be very passionate about it. Be a player, show your interest in the role, show your interest in the organization, show your interest in your life more importantly. The moment you show your interest in your life, half of your job is almost done. I wish you all the best for all this form of interview. Wherever you go wherever you stay whatever form of interview you be it believe in your positive attributes believe in yourself. Life is amazing and meant to be an amazing for you I wish you all the best.
