Service tax of 6% is chargeable for more than 600 kWh of usage. A surcharge of Renewable Energy
Fund of 1.6% applies to all customers except for domestic customers with electricity consumption of
300kWh and below per month.
The actual Imbalance Cost Pass-Through (ICPT) surcharge rate for the period 1 July 2022 to 31
December 2022 is RM0.1181/kWh.
