All other Sitework is EXCLUDED (to be performed by others) and is not part of this bid. The general contractor will be responsible for construction of all buildings, coordinating with the sitework contractor including the temporary access roads and staging areas as required for construction of the project, and certain other construction activities on site. All permits, meter fees, impact fees and other development fees will be paid by the developer. Proposals must include all material, labor, equipment, taxes and supervision. Proposals must be presented with Breakout Costs for the Publix store, Publix Façade, and Retail Shops. Construction began on the site approximately in March 2023, and the building pad is to be available for the first footing pour on the Publix store to occur no later than August 13, 2023, and Publix construction to be complete no later than June 27, 2024. The retail shops, and all sitework will be completed 30 days prior to the Publix completion.
