FAQ – Installment Payment Options
Summer 2023 Semester
This FAQ is only applicable for the students who could not submit their application forms
within the deadline due to some unavoidable circumstances.
1. Can I apply for financial aid in the Summer’23 semester?
No. You can only apply for Installment Payment Options.
2. Who can apply for Installment Payment Options for Summer 2023 Semester now?
Those students who could not submit their application forms within the deadline due to some
unavoidable circumstances can apply now.
3. Where can I get the information about the Bank Loan?

4. Am I eligible to apply for Installment Payment Options?
The eligibility criteria for Payment Installment are as following:
 The net payment for Summer 2023 semester is more than 10,000 BDT
 Students who have cleared payment upto Spring’23 semesters and
 Students who are under financial distress can apply for payment in installments.

6. What is the last date of form submission for Installment Payments?
Last date of submitting the filled-up Installment application form with relevant supporting
documents (Pls. see in the form)
- On or before 28 May 2023 (Sunday), by 11:59 pm (for both freshers, and continuing students).
7. Can freshers who will enroll in Summer 2023 avail the Installment Payment?
Yes. Freshers who will enroll in the Summer 2023 semester can apply for the Installment Payment.
8. Is there an edit option in the application form (Installment Form)?
Yes. There is an edit option. If you want to modify your response, you can do it by editing the
same form.
9. In how many installments a student can pay the fees?
Students applying for installment payments will be required to pay the tuition fees of the Summer
2023 semester in three equal installments as per the following deadlines:



1 Installment on 27 June 2023 (Tuesday)
2 Installment on 20 July 2023 (Thursday)
3 Installment on 17 August 2023 (Thursday)

10. Up to how many credit courses that will be considered to apply for Installment Payment
Option?
There is no limit. Students can apply installments according to the eligibility criteria.
11. If a student’s application for payment in installments is approved, will there be any added
interest to the overall payment of the tuition fees?
No, there will be no additional charges or interest for this.
12. I am retaking a course in the Summer 2023 semester. Can I apply for an Installment Payment
Option??
Yes. You can apply.
13. Can students apply by using other accounts except G-suite provided by Brac University?
No. They have to apply from the G-suite account provided by Brac University.
14. Do I have to clear all my previous semester/s’ payment to Brac University for being eligible
for Installment Payment Options?
Yes, you have to clear your dues of the previous semester/s (up to Spring 2023 semester) to be
eligible to apply for Installment Payment Options of Summer 2023 semester. Otherwise your
application will be rejected.
15. Can postgraduate students apply for Installment Plans?
Yes. Postgraduate students can apply for Installment Plans.

Any queries or requests sent to any individual(s) will not be entertained.
17. What is the last date for payments of the Summer 2023 semester?
The last date of payment for the Summer 2023 semester is 27 June 2023 (Tuesday). If your
application for installment payment is approved then you have to follow the installment plan.
18. Can I see my result if the payment is not cleared?
No. You cannot. Results of Summer 2023 semester will be withheld until all dues of that semester
are cleared and students need to clear the installment payments in time to avoid late fees. Students
will not be able to complete pre-registration or registration for Fall 2023 semester if the full
payments of Summer 2023, and previous semester/s are not completed.
