We know that basketball is one way to improve individual's social skill, mental health and physical health. Basketball helps community to unite by playing this. This sports also promotes camaraderie. In playing basketball, you're not just playing. You're also acquiring the benefits of the sport basketball. A standard basketball team has a five players but it can still be played two vs. two or three vs. three. This also helps build connection with our neighbors and or friends . I encourage everyone to learn and play basketball especially children. While they're young I want them to learn and know the importance of basketball and why it should be preserve. This has a huge help for a better training of every player in order to enhance the skills and knowledge of the every player.
