o Packaging For Double use

Packaging can be used again or re-used for different purposes other than storing the
previous or original content.
o Multi-purpose cardboard bag
This product would originally be used as a shopping bad made of a thin cardboard but as you
got home and were finished with the bad if you want there is folding lines on the box and if
you follow the instruction, you can turn your shopping bag into a clothing hanger.
o Delivery box projecter
When you order a good online when we deliver it to you you don’t have to throw the
packaging away you can turn it into a projecter if you go to our website there will be a video
on there that will guide you on how to mske one of your own projecter.
o Ruler Business card
I would also introduce a ruler business card so when anyone asked for my business card, or I gave
them my business card they could use it as a ruler and an advantage since they will use it as a ruler,
they are likely to remember your business.
Question 2
o Track your stressors.

Keep a Diary or journal for a month or two to identify which situations create the
most stress and how you react to them. Record your thoughts, feelings, and
information about the environment, including the people and circumstances
involved, the physical setting, and how you reacted. Did you elevate your voice? Get
a snack or coffee from the coffee shop close by? Go for a walk or run? Taking notes
can help you find patterns among your stressors and your reactions to them. 1
o Get enough sleep and relaxation time.

When you get a good night’s sleep, your body naturally reduces the levels of cortisol
and other stress hormones. Well-rested people have been shown to stay calmer and
react less strongly to negative situations the day after a good night’s sleep2. So, intern
if you get more sleep or get enough sleep your stress will decrease because the
stress hormone in your body reduces.
o Unemployment
 An employee is a good employee, and he works hard but the business is not doing to
good and eventually the business gets closed down and he is now unemployed, and
he is not earning anything, and he is incredibly stressed because he does not know
what he is going to do.
o Globalisation
 A business started to face a lot of foreign businesses competition, so the business
needed to adapt so they looked to expanding to Europe, so they did and made
friends and deals with the local suppliers in the area and started to make more profit
because they adapted.
o Affirmative Action
 A business was committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in its workforce. As
part of its efforts to create a more equitable workplace, the company implemented
an affirmative action program they did 3 things, 1.Employee training , 2. Mentorship
and sponsorship programs , 3. Diversity and inclusion task force, As a result of these
efforts, The business was able to increase the representation of underrepresented
groups in its workforce.

o Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA
The Occupational Health and Safety Act and OHSA for short, is there to prevent workplace
accidents and injuries by setting out legal responsibilities and standards for employers,
supervisors, and workers. The purpose of the OHSA is to ensure that all workers have the
right to a safe and healthy workplace, and that employers take responsibility for ensuring a
workplace that is free from dangers and promotes the health and well-being of their
employees. The OHSA is a key part of the workplace safety and provides a structure for
employers, supervisors, and workers to work together to stop workplace accidents and
injuries.
o Routing





Routing is a fundamental foundation for managing your company because it specifies
the planning technique. The goal of routing is to determine the most cost-effective
sequence of operations and to finish it in the shortest time possible to maintain the
highest level of quality.3
Routing typically involves the following steps
1. Determining the sequence of operations
2. Identifying the required resources
3. Allocating resources






o Creative thinking
 Creative thinking includes the process of innovative problem-solving from analysing
the facts to brainstorming to working with others. Creative thinking is also the
process of coming up with new ideas and fresh ideas by exploring different way to do
thing and different ways to think of something.
