organization.
• The overall objective of recruitment is attracting desired personnel to
serve in the organization.

outside candidates.(lower ranks or entry level or replacments)
Sources of external recruitment
1) Recruitment at the gate. Direct recruitment by placing a notice at the
organization gate and specifying the details of the jobs available in the
organization.
This system is normally used to fill position of casual nature in the organization
and tends to be very temporary.

human resource in the organization
