DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLASS OFFICERS
Overseeing the class officers is a CLASS ADVISOR, a knowledgeable member of the faculty who
guides the class officers through all aspects of planning.
Specific responsibilities of the class officers may include, but are not limited to, the following:
MAYOR: Oliver
 Is responsible, first and foremost, for presiding over all meetings for officers.
 Works with the class advisor(s) in preparing the agenda for all meetings.
 Ensures that all other elected and appointed officers fulfill their duties as assigned.
 Assist the Class Adviser in maintaining the order and discipline of the class;
 Report class activities to class advisor.
 Be the source of spirit for your class.
VICE MAYOR: Diane
 Is responsible, primarily, to perform all duties of the President in his or her absence including
attending meetings in the President’s place when the President is unable to attend.
 Assists other officers with their duties.
 Assists in the running of all meetings for officers
 Assists, if needed, in preparing the agenda for all meetings.
 Assists the President to ensure that all elected and appointed officers fulfill their duties as
assigned.
SECRETARY: Carmen
 Is responsible for writing the agenda for class meetings takes minutes of all meetings as
designated and arranged by the Mayor.
 Keep a written record of all class meetings.
 Distributes the minutes following each meeting to respective class officers, advisor, and
administration.
 Is responsible for keeping excellent records of every document such as completion of DAR,
noting of excused individuals, and other school related paperwork.
ASSISTANT SECRETARY: Alexandra
 Is responsible for typing and disseminating information to the class.
 Maintain class files.
 Is responsible, primarily, to perform all duties of the Secretary in his or her absence
AUDITOR: Roger
 Ensures that class finances are sound and wisely used for class activities
 Audits the class collections/funds (if there's any);
 Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.

TREASURER: Hannah, Rafael




Keeps an updated record of the collections/funds for the class account (if there's any)
Provide a monthly financial report for the Class Adviser and Classmates
makes or directs the preparation of financial records
oversees all the aspects of financial management and works closely with the class officers and
class advisor to balance the finances
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Anne



Plan, develop, design, and monitor systems and procedures to support business functions
To be responsible for monitoring income and expenditure
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.
E-TECH: RJ
 Monitor the utilization of electronic devices (laptops, projectors, aircon, etc.)
 Assist the classmates with difficulties in technology and gadget functionalities
 Provide technical support to the class
 Report problems/concerns about technology in schools to the class officers and class advisor.
 Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICERS: Rae Zandro, Reian
 Manages all external communications for the Senior High School Student Council (SSSC).
 Responsible for helping publicize Student Body functions and activities by means of posters,
announcements, etc.
 Drafts bulletin statements, periodic reports, and constant social media posts to improve class
officer accessibility and transparency.
 Maintains the Peace and Order of the Class
 Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Class Adviser and Subject Teachers.
