ABSTRACT:
The main objective of the document is to illustrate the requirments of project
online library management system. The document gives the detailed description
of both funtional and non-functional requirments. It will operate and how the
system will react to external stimuli. Online library management system is a
system which maintains the information about the books present in the library,
their authors, the members of library to whom books are issued, library staff and
all. This is very difficult to organize manually. This system has been designed to
computerize and automate the operations performed over the information about
the members, book issues and returns and all other operations. It reduces the
workload of management as most of the manual work done is reduced. The
software provide the visitor, customer and administrator an easy and efficient way
to buy and manage books in online. In this project HTML, CSS and PHP these
are all the languages used for creating web pages. HTTP AND TCP/IP protocols
are used in this project for connect hosts on the internet. It provide user friendly
UI environment for viewing and comparing. Provides information needed to the
customer and details of books viewed by the student.
