Work EXCLUDED from the scope:
1. Design of concrete foundations is excluded.
2. The embedment depth shall have to be calculated by the Clients civil team.
3. Review of the design /fabrication drawings is currently excluded but can be undertaken
based on the Client’s requirements at some mutually agreed additional cost.
Assumptions:
1.
The total amount given above is exclusive of ALL TAXES. GST or appropriate taxes on
the total amount shall be paid by the Client.
2.
We shall cover a maximum of 2 revisions in the design during the detailed engineering.
3.
The analysis shall be performed using STAAD Pro and the design shall be performed
using an EXCEL spreadsheet.
4.
We shall not give any soft copies of spreadsheets used for the load calculations and

connection design. The detailed output of the technical calculations shall be shared in pdf
format.
As discussed, DevCreate solution shall not be involved in any co-ordination involved with
the END CLIENT AND THE SITE VISITS.
Site visits if required shall be paid at actual by the client including accommodation,
traveling, and food charges as applicable. Site visits shall be planned with at least 7 days
prior intimation to DevCreate Solutions. Additionally, INR 7000 / day shall be paid extra.
