When you use “on” with a day of the week, add “–s” to the day to show that the thing happens regularly. KEY LANGUAGE MORE PREPOSITIONS OF TIME Use “by” to say when something will be completed. It means “before.” NOW “Before” describes something that happens prior to something else. 3PM “After” refers to an event that follows something else.
