Your herd multiplies while you sell the milk. You sell the cows and retire on the income. TZARISM You have two dairy cows. You take care of them. The Tzar takes all the milk then gives you a glass to share with your family but taxes you on the milk you have. You are also required to share milk with the Church. The Tzar shoots one cow then requires you to explain why it died. DICTATORSHIP You have two dairy cows. The government takes both and drafts you into the army. FASCISM You have two dairy cows. The government takes both, hires you to take care of them, and sells you the milk. PURE DEMOCRACY You have two dairy cows. You feed and take care of the cows and then your neighbors vote on who gets the milk. REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY You have two dairy cows. Your neighbors vote to pick someone to tell you how you are required to raise your cows and who you are allowed to sell your milk to.
