Position Summary:
To support various works process of Ops department covering customer
support and compliance. Providing solutions to customer issues and ensuring
satisfaction, preparation & maintenance of compliance reports and effective
follow-up to make sure efficient operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities
1. To understand and explain investments benefits to prospective clients, RMs, colleagues.
2. Communication with existing and prospective clients and effective follow-up.
Daily deposit/ withdrawal, receiving new account opening form, assisting BO account
3. opening formalities, facilitating relationship between clients and internal department,
Meeting up client’s needs or queries, Letter/documents dispatchment., Dispersing dividend.
Update daily list of Securities for Margin Clients, prepare daily over purchase report and
4. follow up, Dividend collection from issuer companies, Check bank reconciliation statement,
prepare follow-up report on buy orders and sale orders.
Run IPO process for both main board and SME platform, send letters as Margin Call to Margin
5. Clients, Execute Forced sale orders, Follow up on ICC report and observations, AML/CFT and
STR Report to BFIU, Regulatory correspondence on compliance issues.

Education & Experience


Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics,
business administration or another related field from the reputed Universities.
Related work experience not required. However, preferred candidate would
be, those are skilled in Microsoft excel and have engagement with finance club
& Marketing club.
Need to communicate with peer companies to facilitate knowledge &
information sharing.
Communication with Internal control department and regulatory authorities.

