• An extended enterprise that crosses the boundaries of individual
firms to span the related activities of all the companies involved in the
total supply chain
• Two-way flow of goods/services, information, and financials
• Integration across the boundaries of several organizations in essence
means that the supply chain needs to function similar to one
organization in satisfying the ultimate consumer

• Form (What) – The value added to goods through a manufacturing or assembly process. The
process of combining different components or raw materials to make a finished product.
• Time (When) – Goods and services be available when customer demand them – the
economic value added to a good or service by having it at a demand point at a specific time.
• Place (Where) – Moving goods from production to where demand exist.
• Quantity (How much) – Delivered in proper quantities.
• Possession (Why) – Created through to marketing activities related to the promotion of
products and services ➔ Increase the desire to possess a good or to benefit from a service.

• Introduce about the contest, give timeline, rules and regulations for contestants. Release case
study for Round 1.
Workshop 1 - 25 June
• Give contestants knowledge on logistics & supply chain
Round 1 - Video making - 18 June to 11 July
Workshop 2 - 29 July
• Giving contestants the instruction on running the Relay Race
Round 2 - Relay Race - 30 July
• Charity event in the afternoon - invite sponsor and make some PR & Marketing activities
Round 3 - Pitching - 13 August
• Each team will present their solutions live in front the judges
