I was able to learn a lot during my industrial training, including how to communicate better, how to deal with customers, how to get them to use my product, and how to manage stress. I joined a club when I was a student with a degree. I work as the club's public relations secretary. When I held the job, my tasks included creating programme posters, offering virtual context, and announcing the blast poem to other attendees. I also gained knowledge of how to work inside an organisation and learned how duties are handled. Due to its pleasant scent and reasonable pricing, Do’zee laundry soap is no longer seen as an outcast in the community. This helps the brand's reputation there. Do’zee is one of the Halal laundry soap products that Malaysians choose. Do'zee Laundry Soap is a Bumiputera Muslim brand of laundry detergent that has received JAKIM's HALAL certification. Just because we want to increase our income, we didn't expect this product to get a warm welcome where, every customer who buys a product with us will repeat purchasing with us. This Dozee soap has 8 types of fragrance that can satisfy the taste of the users. We choose to represent this product because it is strong and long-lasting, with an expiration date of one year beginning on the day it was packaged. We intend to market this product to housewives and the working class because we are aware that every family requires laundry soap in order to wash clothes. Therefore, we employ that tactic to boost revenue. In the beginning, it was challenging to spread the word about this product in the neighbourhood because we had to compete with the already popular detergent. To draw users' attention, we used guerrilla marketing strategies, displaying the product in the office, posting about it on Facebook, and hanging a banner in front of the house. We receive a lot of customers as a result of that strategy. The product's entire cash flow, both in and out, is rising. and the good news is that each month, customers will place further orders and refer new customers to test our items. 3.0 PRINT SCREEN OF ENTIRE ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE SELLING PROCESS (B2C) or business to consumer describes the process of selling goods and services directly between a company and the customers who will ultimately use those goods or services. Since the Covid epidemic, online platforms have been popular and all transactions are now carried out remotely. Not to mention typical sales, a company's revenue might also rise. I have decided to sell both in-person and online. Selling online since there are no prerequisites or constraints to begin selling online, I decided to use the Shopee platform. Shopee is another platform that is expanding, and I am confident that each user will have their own account to explore and compare products before making a purchase.
