Providing thought leadership, technical consultation and leading intelligence for one of India’s biggest Digital Banking
initiatives. Accountable for bridging the gap between business demands and technology capabilities and making sure
the right practices and patterns are put in place from analytics standpoint to tackle business challenges.
Client servicing for the largest CPG client in India
Leading client engagement with revenue ownership for top Indian FMCG client around traditional trade. This included
creating proposal/ pitches/ co-coordinating with delivery teams for execution of projects like assortment
optimization, distribution synergies, category forecasting, marketing mix optimization, and price & promotion studies
among others.
Leading knowledge transfer & set up for Nielsen-TCS cost efficiency hub
Led setup of Nielsen-TCS cost efficient center for one of the practice areas called EnReach. The role included Onboarding analysts/ research managers, grooming them into SMEs to enable them to execute projects worth 50% of

Built algorithm to calculate the cross-sale / up-sale potential of the customers using customer response data.This

Unstructured Customer feedback data (free flowing text) was translated, processed & mined using NLP
