Problem
Diamond roller belt torn.

Cause
Due to the loose of the diamond roller Side Plate bolt
Due to long time glue accumulation . The diamond
roller gap decreases and the diamond roller gets
jammed. That’s why the belt is torn. ( We change the
belt and properly cleaning the roller )

A sudden load on the loading conveyor gear box puts a
lot of stress on the chain, causing slowly corrosion and
suddenly chain link is torn. Then we change the chain. (

Recommendation
After changed the modification of “Angel to Flat bar” it
was no problem. In that day suddenly we face the
problem for the first time.
Then we shout the machine and doing welding work to
fixed the shaft and wheel and run the production as
soon as possible. ( Abu saleh , Paddoh babu)

The chain was replaced on (24/03/23). Due to the chain
bush corrosion, but (04/04/23) the chain plate suddenly

Need to good quality chain open from roller
chain support, then we open chain and fiber support.

fitting fiber support and chain . then production run.

new belt, but after
installing the belt, it is

we remove the new belt
and rotate each roller
separately to release the
jam. Then production is
start.
