Frontier Airlines from Colorado and Spirit Airlines from Florida have decided to merge in 2022

become the fifth largest airline company in the United States with a net worth of around $6.6
Billion with all debt and liability. Both airlines struggled a lot during the pandemic period but
still managed to decrease the cost of fares by improving their service. Regardless, various
