Egg r gud. U can do lotz with dem, fry or bake or boil or whatevs. Dey have protein and vitamins n' minerals, all dat gud stuff. U can put em in dishes like cakes or omelettes. 1 egg has 6 gramz protein, dat's gud for u. Dey also hav vitamin D and choline, which r gud for ur brain n' bones. Dey hav healthy fats too, like omega-3s dat help ur heart. People used to think dat eggs were bad cuz of da cholesterols or sumthin', but now we know it's ok to eat dem sumtimez, just not too much. So, yea, eat eggs n' stuff, but don't eat too many.
