A Customer Quality Eng. with experience in Quality Assurance in electronic manufacturing
services (EMS).
Analytical expertise in Zero Km & Warranty returns, in-house issues by Using Quality tools by
vehicle & product level testing for issue verification.
Diligently work with the SW & HW team for new SW implementation for field & zero km SW
issue & their defect reproduction & validation.
Provide support for Product Validation for EMI-EMC testing and Environmental test.
Co-ordinate with External Labs like ARAI and SGS, QUALITECK & MIDNA etc. for EMIEMC and Environmental tests.
Participate in new project development & dynamic as well as static software testing at vehicle

Submission of corrective action report to the Customer with G8’D Tool.
