Objectives:
Participants will engage in a Coaching Institute that will build the capacity of Admin and
Content leads in order to improve instructional practices that will lead to improved student
outcomes.
Know:
Participants will know the purpose of the instructional leadership team.
Understand
Participants will understand their roles and responsibilities as part of the instructional
leadership team.
Do
Participants will engage in a mock collaborative planning and looking at student work
session.
Participants will engage in deliberate practice in order to provide effective feedback.

participants
 Send out on 15th complete the 22nd
