SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, Ramon Ereneta, 25 years old, married to Annie Paulo, with residence at 123 Gilmore St., Quezon City, do
hereby appoint, name, and constitute Tin Guiao, 23 years old, single, with residence at 1 Carrot St., Pasig City, a
basketball coach under my employ, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to
represent me during the pre-trial of Civil Case No. 12345 to perform the following acts:

To enter into a compromise agreement and/or amicable settlement, to submit to alternative modes of dispute
resolution and to make admissions or stipulations of facts and documents and perform all the provisions
mandated under Rule 18 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure in connection with the aforementioned civil
case concerning the damaged deliveries of frozen Japanese Siomai worth P6,700,000.00 from Mr. Agus Diaz,
a siomai specialist, with address at 84 Sinampalukang Manok St., Quezon City, without further consultation
from me.
To readily offer in the aforementioned compromise agreement or amicable settlement if one is to be executed
up to seven Toyota Vios units that I own under my Grab Operation, in consideration of the damages I caused
the delivery truck fleet.
To offer as an alternative to the vehicles cash amounting up to P7,000,000.00 that must be exclusively taken
from ticket revenues from events held at the Ereneta Colliseum, a property I own.
To accept a benefit package from Mr. Agus Diaz consisting of (1) property that must be worth at least
P6,700,000.00 and (2) a public apology published on the siomai specialist’s corporate Facebook profile. Any
offer not meeting the standard set shall be vehemently rejected.
To sign, execute, receive, and/or deliver contracts and agreements, other papers and/or money to effect with
her power stated in this authorization pertinent to the above described authority.
I hereby grant my representative full power and authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render
effective the power to compromise as though I myself have so performed it and hereby approving all that she may do
by virtue of these presents.
