How essential is the behavior of humans in the organization?
Human behavior influences every aspect of the firm such as the working environment,
workers, and subordinates in an organization. Technically, human behavior refers to the
attributes of the workforce that plays a vital role that engenders the institution’s favorable
outcome, may it be by means of communication, collaboration, and socialization. With that, I
can draw-out real-life relations being portrayed in several day-to-day interactions in our life as a
student and future professionals.
To begin with, in today’s situation, we are attending virtual classes that are consisting of
persons we barely know or we don’t know at all. Adjustments are being done to achieve a
contemplative virtual environment. This situation asserts that human behavior affects how a
group of people work, interact, and converse together. I do analyze my co-students attitudes
and responses for me to be able to have sensible and avoid erroneous or caustic words that can
cause misunderstanding that’ll soon lead to a much bigger hindrance towards attaining our
common goal. This will then relate to creating a comfortable classroom, the workforce with
advantageous people in it crafts a safe, suitable and galvanizing environment.
As future professionals, the study of human behavior will prepare us to resolve conflicts
and handle anomalies. It is essential to pay attention to human behavior as a key player in these
situations as it somehow serves as the root cause of every other outcome in an organization.
Summing up, it is evident that human behavior is salient and a contributor in an
organization to eradicate those hollow roads and build its path achieving the organization’s
intention. This methodology substantiates that human behavior is the root and the founding
takeaway that will lead to the firm’s best and cultivated capacity.
