Intoduction The process of a seed germination is described as the culmination of a series of actions that start with hydration and end with the emergence of the embryonic axis (typically the radicle) from the seed coat. The process by which an organism emerges from a seed or spore is referred to as germination. The two most typical types of germination are when a seed sprouts into a seedling and when a spore develops into a sporeling. A matured, fertilized ovule that contains both an embryonic plant and a food reserve, all enclosed in a protective coat, is referred to as a seed. II. Objectives At the end f this laboratory activity we shoud be able to: 1. Apply all the seed germination method; 2. Distinguish the diffence of this three method and 3. Demonstrate ragdoll , pitri dish and seed box method in 50 seeds of kangkong. III. Procedures / Methodology Procedure in Ragdoll Method a.
