Visa Fees are not refundable. If you have encountered an error with your payment or you believe your
payment was not successful, DO NOT PAY THE FEE A SECOND TIME AS IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

investigate. Be aware that if you request a chargeback that reverses the charge or payment, your case
will be promptly investigated which may lead to fines and/or other legal action.
You may use the instructions below to pay your US$ visa application fee with an electronic funds
transfer (EFT) payment directly from your bank.

THIS PAYMENT IF YOU MAINTAIN A RUPEE BANK ACCOUNT IN INDIA.

The MRV fee is payable in Indian Rupees only. The INR amounts accepted by the U.S. Department of
State for each USD equivalent are specified on the deposit slips and EFT payment pages below and on
other pages on this web site. Payment of an incorrect amount may result in processing delays or result
in having to repay the MRV fee.

Please note - U.S. visa fee amount is non-refundable. Hence, we request you to delete the account
details from the payee list once the visa payment is successful to avoid erroneous transfer of fund
in the future.
(Note: Online visa fee payment from Monday to Friday between 09:00 am to 5 pm / Saturday from 09:00
am to 12:30 pm (IST) excluding 2nd and 4th Saturday and other Holidays observed by the Bank.).
If you pay your visa application fee with an electronic fund transfer from your bank account it can take
up to 2 business days from the time of payment for your receipt to be activated, after which you may

schedule the appointment.
IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU KEEP THE UNIQUE ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT YOU ACTUALLY USE TO MAKE
YOUR EFT PAYMENT. You must have this number as proof of payment in order to schedule your
visa interview appointment. It is the applicant's responsibility to save this number. If not, you
cannot schedule an interview with your payment, and you must make another payment.
