Controller Image Restore
Reaching Backup/Restore Menu:
Hold the F1 and F5 keys, and turn controller power ON.
Press 4 to select Controller Backup/Restore and press Enter
Press 3 for Restore Controller Images and press Enter
Select Device:
Select the load media type where your image is located:
1. Mem Device (MC:) PCMCIA Slot
2. Ethernet (TFPT:) Network Location
3. USB Disk (UD1:) USB port on Operator Panel
4. USB on TP (UT1:) USB Port on Teach Pendant
Press Enter to Set the device
Press
1. OK
to select the current directory.
Next you will be asked to verify the image to be loaded matches the
memory size of the SRAM/FROM module installed in the controller.
If the image size does NOT match - DO NOT CONTINUE. DOING SO MAY
CAUSE FATAL DAMAGE TO THE CONTROLLER.
Restoring the Image:
Press 1 to select Yes and press Enter
The Image Restore process will begin.
Press Enter to return to the Boot Monitor Menu
Select 1. Configuration Menu and press Enter
Select 2. Cold Start and press Enter
