The Contractor must present together with his own or another appointed disposal company the disposal locations and methods by way of the corresponding documentation (for e.g. by way of delivery notes and pick-up tickets). B. The disposed waste will be registered and documented separately according to type/ category respectively fraction, quantity (in tons), disposal location/ disposal company (company name, address) as well as disposal method (dump ground/ recycling resp. recovery/ energetic valorification). Upon selecting the disposal location/ method, the Contractor will always prefer recycling by agreement with his own or another appointed disposal company (for e.g. wood: recycling instead of energetic valorification). A simple disposal at a dump ground will be avoided. C. The Contractor will prepare a project-related balance together with his own or another appointed disposal company, which should be supplemented and kept permanently until the completion phase. During the construction phase, the Contractor must arrange a separate as well as easily accessible collection place for the disposal of recyclable resp. not harmful waste. The size of the collection place will be determined with the representative of the waste pick-up company so that the best possible efficiency is achieved. Qty Unit Unit Rate Total Item Description D. The Contractor must appoint a recycling coordinator, who will check and thus assure the separation of materials as well as the correct use of the collection place / materials yard during the construction works. Check / acceptance activities will be registered in a corresponding inspection report. Photos should additionally document the separation according to categories on the building site. Before the commencement of the execution works the Contractor must draft a disposal concept and submit such concept to the LEED advisor. E. This disposal concept (“Construction Waste Management Plan”) must comprise the following aspects (desired scope max. 5 up to 10 DIN A4 pages): 1. Significant information/contact data (project name, building owner, indication of the waste foreman [name, telephone number etc.] resp. of the “Recycling Coordinator”, etc.) 2. Recycling goal (indication in % from the total waste quantity, related to weight [at least 75%]); eventually represented in a table F. 3. Listing in a table on quantities of all estimated waste (assessment) by indicating the relevant fraction (for e.g. wood), of the estimated total quantity in tons and the disposal method (for e.g. recycling) including short description of waste treatment respectively product obtainment (break down and further processing into new wood related materials). Qty Unit Unit Rate Total 4. Waste management plan: description of waste separation and drafting a plan which indicates the collection places for fractions. 5. Communication strategy (regular meetings before the commencement of the execution; early instruction and sensitization of all sub-contractors and submission of the disposal concept in copy; clear denomination of the container etc.) 6. Disposal / recycling places (company name, address) with allotment of the relevant fraction 7. Measures to assure a corresponding waste separation (for e.g. regular inspections of the waste containers in view of removing contaminative resp. wrongly allotted materials; participation to regular construction debates; regular discussions with the executing companies etc.) 01.19.1 Waste disposal 1.00 lump Included in Preliminaries Waste disposal 3 times a week Summary Div.19 Waste Disposal: 0.00 Bill No 1.1 JTI Philippines - Flex Reconstruction - Warehouse to Make Pack Production 030A7718 BOQ: Architectural & Dismantling Div.20 Profit & Management Item Description 0.20 Div.20 Profit & Management 02.20.1 Profit & Management Summary Div.20 Profit & Management Qty Unit 1.00 LS Unit Rate 6,912,639.00 Total 6,912,639.00 6,912,639.00 Bill No 1.1 JTI Philippines - Flex Reconstruction - Warehouse to Make Pack Production 030A7718 BOQ: Architectural & Dismantling Div.21 Special Fees Item Description 01.21 Div.21 Special Fees 01.21.1 a Supply and lay plywood for Floor protection during Qty Unit 1000.00 m2 Unit Rate Total 434.33 434,330.00 1.00 lump 0.00 0.00 1.00 lump 0.00 0.00 Supply and lay plywood for floor protection during various works Dostawa plyt OSB, 22 mm, dla oslony podlóg oraz innych elementów konstukcji 01.21.2 b All the fees which are not included in the specialities All the fees which are not included in the specialities tender (e.g. special fees requested by authorities) will be detailed and priced hereunder: 01.21.3 c Any other items Any other items not included in this section but considered by the Contractor to have a monetary value are to be listed and priced hereunder: Summary Div.21 Special Fees: 434,330.00 Bill No 1.1 JTI Philippines - Flex Reconstruction - Warehouse to Make Pack Production 030A7718 BOQ: Architectural & Dismantling Div.
