It is more crucial than ever to reexamine our teaching philosophies and adjust to the altering needs of our students as we navigate the difficulties of the new normal. My approach to teaching in the new normal is based on the idea that learning should be inclusive, flexible, and student-centered. I think that students should be at the center of education. This means that I put each student's needs, interests, and strengths first and work hard to create a stimulating, relevant, and challenging learning environment. To meet the diverse needs of my students, in the new normal, this may entail using a range of teaching modalities, such as online lectures, group discussions, and individual projects. I can encourage a sense of ownership and engagement among my students by putting a priority on studentcentered learning, which may result in higher motivation and academic success. I think that learning should be adaptable. It is crucial to continue being flexible and responsive to the changing needs of our students as we cross the pandemic's uncertainties. To enhance the learning process, this may require changing deadlines, providing more assistance, or implementing new technologies or teaching strategies. I can create a supportive and responsive learning environment that equips my students to be successful in the face of difficulties by remaining adaptable. And finally, I think that inclusive education is important. The creation of a welcoming, inclusive, and equitable learning environment for all students, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances, is more crucial than ever in the new normal. In order to do this, it may be necessary to actively seek out diverse viewpoints and experiences, use inclusive language and instructional materials, and make accommodations for students who may have special needs or other difficulties. I can create a secure and encouraging learning environment where all students can succeed by putting inclusivity first. In conclusion, my approach to teaching in the new normal is based on the idea that learning should be inclusive, flexible, and student-centered. By giving these values top priority, I can design a learning environment that gives my students the tools they need to succeed in the face of obstacles and to adapt successfully to a world that is changing quickly. It is more crucial than ever to continue to be flexible, responsive, and dedicated to building a better future for all students as we navigate the pandemic's uncertainties.
