In the Academic Year 2015-16 odd semester, Mr. A. Ravi Raja taught Digital Image
Processing subject (Code:EC7006A) for IV B. Tech I Semester Section-C students. In staff
performance report based on students feedback he got a grade of 3.24 out of 5.
The Grade he earned was not up to the mark. After some suggestions given by Head of the
Department along with senior faculty members in the department, his Grade was improved in the
next semester i.e., in Academic Year 2015-16 even semester.
In this semester he taught Satellite Communications subject (Code:EC8003A) for IV B. Tech II
semester Section-A students. In staff performance report based on students feedback his grade raised
to 4.58 out of 5.
The following suggestions were given by senior faculty members of the department to improve his
grade.
1. To prepare himself for a session by listening to NPTEL, MOOCs courses etc.,
2. Some of the senior faculty members in the department interacted with him personally and
motivated towards the improvements to be made by him.
3. Clear Presentation of the class in a specific session.
In the Academic Year 2016-17 odd semester, Mr. S. Subbarao taught Pulse & Switching
Circuits subject (Code:EC7006A) for III B. Tech I Semester Section-A students. In staff
performance report based on students’ feedback at the semester starting, he got a grade of 3.29 out
of 5.
The Grade he earned was not up to the mark. After some suggestions given by Head of the
Department along with senior faculty members in the department, his Grade was improved at the end
of the same semester. At the end of this semester his grade raised to 4.02 out of 5.
The following suggestions were given by senior faculty members of the department to improve his
grade.
1. Include day to day examples which will be connected to a specific topic.
2. Highlighting the particular points related to a specific session.
3. Prioritize the topic towards their assessment, related to their future.
4. He Should give support and mentor the students to get clarified their doubts.

(Code:14EC3302) for II B. Tech I Semester Section-C students. In staff performance report based on
students’ feedback at the semester starting, he got a grade of 3.29 out of 5.

4. As it is a mathematical subject, he motivated the students try to solve the more problems.

RTOS subject (Code:14EC4705/5) for IV B. Tech I Semester Section-C students. In staff
