Philippines, I do hereby and by these presents SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in an absolute and
irrevocable manner, unto the said RANDOLF M. CARDINO, his heirs, successors and assigns, the abovedescribed motorcycle, of which I declares that the same is free from of all liens and encumbrances of
any kind whatsoever.
