Patients often need to queue up at various service areas in hospitals such as at registration, laboratory test, and bill payment counters. Queue Management Systems (QMS) present a viable solution for patient management in such scenarios. However, conventional QMS is not generic by design, depending on hardware components, or does not provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution that caters to the complete patient workflow. This paper presents a mobile-augmented smart queue management system that can be easily configured with an operational Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). It provides multiple interfaces for token generation and consumption on mobile devices integrated with hospital service counters while using smart algorithms for token generation and allocation. The solution is comprehensive as it caters to streamlined queue management across multiple hospital service areas using a single token for a patient, which improves patient experience and also helps the hospital administration track and optimize key performance metrics. Introduction Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) typically comprise a set of cohesive modules to cater to clinical and non-clinical workflows at a hospital. The interfaces for transaction management in HMIS include various service areas such as patient registration counters, bill payment counters, laboratory test requisition, sample collection or report collection counters, pharmacy counters, as well as patient waiting areas for out-patient visits and appointments. Management of high patient loads in such areas is a challenge and efficient systems are needed, Surabhi T R Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering Bangalore, India surabhigowda094@gmail.com especially at tertiary care facilities. With the increasing accessibility of cell phones and omnipresent innovations, the requirement for a savvy and smoothed-out Line The executive’s Framework (QMS) has become basic for working on understanding experience and enhancing execution measurements for emergency clinics for smoothed-out medical care administration conveyance. Hedau et al. show the plan and improvement of a line-the-board framework for patients where an Android application furnishes points of interaction to book meetings with specialists and notices are shipped off the patient uses to lessen holding up time at the OPD/specialist visiting region. Their application furthermore gives route headings to the hospital. Aizen et al .present a "leave" line in the executive’s framework where the customary symbolic distributors and token calling equipment at counters are supplanted by Android gadgets and a help-based model for the age and the board of tokens are introduced. Notices are shipped off to clients at a predefined time limit presenting the expected to call of the token, which is empowered because of catching the client's portable number at the hour of token age. Batbagon et present the Line framework with comparative targets and usefulness, utilizing an online QMS application enhanced by Android applications, alongside valuable administrations, for example, report age and information investigation for upgrading line age at administration regions. GSM-based queue management systems have been presented by Arun et al. which integrate a PC-based system with a microcontroller. Approaches using wireless technologies and the Internet of Things have also been proposed. There have also been directions in the literature that illustrate the benefits of employing a queue management system in the improvement of hospital performance parameters such as patient length of stay, waiting time for in-patient surgeries, triaging in the emergency tents,t tents, and decision support. The QMS proposed in this paper is intended to provide service-areabased queue generation and management at hospitals and would be generic in design for easy integration with an operational HMIS. An overview of the features of the QMS. This would empower the utilization of the framework for token age and line the board at numerous help regions, for example, patient enrolment counters, and charging counters as well as emergency clinic research facilities, drug stores and patient holding up regions. The framework is planned with interfaces on cell phones and brilliant presentations which makes it reasonable for us without modified equipment support. The oddity in the proposed framework remembers swarm-based symbolic age for numerous counters, where tokens are produced given the number of tokens adjusted at that counter. This would assist in a swarm with controlling Hiroshige-rushes, which is normal at government clinical offices in India. What's more, the framework is likewise expected to help various symbolic ages at a solitary counter, which could be utilized for cases where relatives profit from medical care from e benefits by and large. Methodology The queue management node (QMN) is the gadget that is making shrewd tokens. While visiting medical care offices, patients are by and largely stressed, pushed, and in some cases even in torment. Subsequently, clinics need to establish an agreeable climate. To give solace and a superior encounter for the patient's clinic line the executive’s framework is presented. For making the savvy tokens, the individual ought to be in the Wi-fi scope of Arduino MKR 1010. The individual likewise needs a cell phone to finish the cycle alongside the use of Wire to be preinstalled on the gadget. These are the essential prerequisites for the smooth work process of the proposed model. The work process will go as follows: • Arduino 1010 will connect to the network. • The person who wants the token needs to send the • • command to the telegram bot. Once either of the commands is entered" go-current -token” or "go-my - token " the bot will respond accordingly. When the button is pressed, the token number gets incremented and displayed on the TM1637 displayed & also in the bot by using get-currenttoken. This system helps in avoiding any kind of overlapping of the tokens and also a smooth movement of the patients in the hospitals. FLOWCHART Conclusion A queue management system enables you to practically manage customers throughout their interactions with your organization and make that journey as comfortable and smooth as possible. A queue management system also enables organizations to segment customers in different queues, rather than entering all customers in the same line. The queue management system efficiently controls overcrowding near the counter like hospital queues, office queues, and many more which made the managerial system easy. Overall, the queueing system provides a better quality of service for customers and results in greater satisfaction for customers and staff alike. Fig 2: Circuit connection of the system. Figure 1 : Flowchart The above project showcases a traditional cleaning robot's design and network connectivity. Controlling other duties, such as house cleaning, via the internet and Wi-Fi is also a possibility. To locate the robot and prevent theft, remote monitoring is helpful. Consequently, it helps to lessen human labor and to comfort them. The Solar panel needs to be waterproof in order to function in any weather conditions and to avoid any problems during the course of time. More mechanical work is required.
