At the end of the 2-week period the learner will be able to independently apply
advanced productivity tools to create or develop ICT content for use in specific professional

At the end of the lesson, the learners will be able to:
1. Use some advanced capabilities of MS Word commonly used to
increase productivity and efficiency
2. Create letters or documents for distribution to various recipients

With the same group created a while ago. Complete the graphic organizer by
supplying your answers in the thought clouds in relation to the questions found
inside the brain.
