Our content is always taught live, and combines activities, new frameworks and discussion. “The Art And Science of Focus” is our primer workshop. It encompasses the challenges with focusing in an office and introduces deep work as a solution. We do about 20 minutes of deep work as part of the workshop before ending with 20 minutes of tools, tips, and takeaways. This is always our recommendation to start an engagement.
