Some kind of stress can actually make a person feel excited and motivated. Our activity a while ago, the Picture Analysis has something to do with our topic for today. We can compare that those two pictures have a lot of differences. They have the same scenario but in coping and handling stress they are different with or without the help of others. D. Sir, these are the things that can make a person tired not just in physical aspect but also mental and emotional aspect. It may also refer to “what you feel” when you react to pressure, either from the outside world. It can be either be negative or positive. It refers to the things that makes a person stressed. There are two different kinds of stress, the distress and eustress. Just like what I said earlier, not all kind of stress are bad. There are some stresses that can really help us to move forward and fulfilling at the end. Let us start with the negative stress called Distress, please read what is Distress. Yes, _____________. It refers to a negative reaction of the body towards a given stressor. It may cause problems in health, alter the mood and emotions, and even affect the way a person thinks. For example, when a person woke up late for work, he or she may feel anger and disappointment. Can you give another example of Distress based on your experience?
