The Indus Plain.
Deosai Plain.
The Indus Plain
The Indus plain is a flat
landform in Pakistan. It lies
mostly in Punjab.
It covers 200,000 square
miles.
All major rivers of Pakistan
are flow into it.
The Indus Plain
It have two parts:
1.Lower Indus Plain
2.Higher Indus Plain
3.Indus Deltaic Plain
Its
population
increase
gradually
after
independence.
This plain is extensively farmed for wheat, rice,
sugarcane and cotton.
Deosai Plain
It spread over an area of almost
3,000 square kilometers.
Hundred years ago, humans
frightening to visit it but
gradually things are changing,
and people started to visit
deosai plain.
Deosai Plain
In beginning it is believed that this place is
haunted by giants that’s why it called Deosai.
“Deo” means (Giant) and “Sai” means
(shadow).
After some period people started visiting this
plain and see the beauty of this land.
