1. In partnership, a business is created by mere agreement of both partners or individuals while in the
corporation, the business is created through operation of law and is needed to be registered in the
Securities of Exchange Commission.
2. In partnership, two or more people are needed to create a business while in corporation, according to
the revised penal code, 1 to two persons but not more than fifteen can form a corporation, wherein one
person can make a corporation and it will be called One Person Corporation.
3. In partnership, they can raise capital through bringing their personal assets and savings, while in
corporation, through the issuance or corporate bonds or exchange for company ownership through the
issuance of stocks.
4. When it comes to the management in the partnership, the partners can manage and control the
business equally according to their agreed responsibilities, while in the corporation the directors and
officers are the one in power in controlling the business.
