In partnership, they can raise capital through bringing their personal assets and savings, while in corporation, through the issuance or corporate bonds or exchange for company ownership through the issuance of stocks. 4. When it comes to the management in the partnership, the partners can manage and control the business equally according to their agreed responsibilities, while in the corporation the directors and officers are the one in power in controlling the business.
