Batching Machine:

Horizontal Mixer:
This series of horizontal mixing (blending) machine is a new generation of mixing equipment which developed by our
company. It has high mixing degree and fewer residues. It is suitable for mixing organic and inorganic fertilizer. The
specific features as following: the material can be fully mixed, thus improving the mixing uniformity; the new rotor
structure be used to make the gap between the rotor and the casing close to zero, thus effectively reducing the residual
amount the material; the special rotor design of the machine can also break the larger material, the overall structure is more
reasonable, the appearance is beautiful, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

Working Principle
Horizontal barrel body with rotating reverses the blade, the pulp into a certain angle

Chain Crusher (Grinder)
Chain crusher is applied to the shattering of the block in the production of organic fertilizer, Also, it is widely used in
chemical industry, building materials, mining and other industries. This machine use high-intensity wear resisting and
cemented carbide chain plate with synchronous speed, and it has reasonable design for entrance and out quarrel, so which
results in such advantages: fully broken, difficult to stick wall, easy to clean.
The function and structure
There are two types structure: one is vertical type with single motor, the other is
horizontal type with double motor. The main working parts of Chain crusher is the
rotor with steel chain, the steel chain connected to the rotor at one end, and connected
the chain head with Wear resistant steel material. Chain crusher belong to impact
crusher by high speed rotating chain to crushing the materials. Double rotor structure
of horizontal chain crusher has its own drive motor rotor shaft, and the circumference
speed of Chain head within the scope of the 28 ~ 78 m/s. Horizontal chain crusher is
consist of feed inlet, engine body, outlet, rotor with bearing, gearing and reducer. There
were liner panel sticking to the engine body in case of the friction between materials and engine body. In addition, it
equipped with maintenance window easy access. The engine body and gearing were installed on the pedestal, and the shock
absorber is involved with base under the pedestal.

Disc Granulator (Pan Granulator or Fan Disc)
The series of disc granulator is a new kind of slanting disc granulation equipment: the
granulation rate is more than 90%, the reducer and the motor adopt the flexible belt
drive, start smoothly, reduce the impact force and improve the service life of equipment.
The plate bottom of the granulator is reinforced by a plurality of radiation steel plates,
which is firm and durable, never deformed, thickened ,aggravated, and stable base
design don’t need the anchor bolts fixed and operates stably. The granulator main gear
adopts High frequency sudden fire, have doubled service life. Inner plant of
Granulation had been anti-corrosion treatment, and durable. The machine has a uniform

The working principle of this series of products: the main motor drive pulley and belt, through the reducer drive pinion,
pinion and big gear which fixed at the end teeth meshing, work to the big gear through a special reasonable design,
installation on the spindle which fixed on adjust plate ,to support the work of the entire disc (the machine used with the
spray machine) material feeding into the disc, with disk rotating and spraying device, materials will evenly stick together to
form ball shape granules. In the upper part of the design is automatic cleaning device to prevent the material sticky on disc,
thus greatly improving machine service life. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the material constantly Enter, in

Organic Fertilizer Granulator
This fertilizer granulator series is a new patented product researched and developed by our company and the Agricultural

granulation. It has obtained the state practical patent. It is used for granulation for all kinds of organic matter after
fermentation, crushing through the conventional organic pilling before granulating need not to dry and crush the raw

Compost Turner
