FILIPINO VALUES MONTH CELEBRATION NARRATIVE REPORT Bolhoon National High School simultaneously conducted the Filipino Values Month Celebration on Tuesday, December 03, 2019 during the first period in the morning held at every classroom. The school was delighted to answer the call for the implementation of this event with the conduct of Verse Sharing Activity to remind students the very importance of reading the Bible and how it brings guidance and positive impact in everyone’s behavior, hence; it is what the institution’s always plan to have a values recovery activity among the students with advisers and the rest of the staff to facilitate the integration of the said event for the students to be reminded often of their actions and values. Advisers encouraged their students to have at least 1 verse for them to share to the class during the conduct of the verse sharing activity. Grade 7 students shared each of their favorite verse and made an elaboration of their understanding with the group. Higher grade level shared few verses,1 verse per group and was elaborated with a representative per group in front of the class as to what the group collaborated ideas. The class was with joy and deep understanding sharing their ideas regarding the verses. Advisers expresses their thought and shared also a verse right after the students have done presenting their verses. Advisers was able to put an emphasis in inculcating to the students the values individual must possess. Students were able to reflect and acknowledge their short comings as a student, child, friend and as an individual living with the community and as a children of God. The session ended with a prayer to strengthen the thought and enlighten each wisdom to fully understand the practice of embodying, developing, improving and maintaining the very core values within ourselves to create a better and harmonious relationship with each other, and to achieve a healthy and united environment as a whole.
