In my view, the three most important elements that create great leaders are having
a clear vision, decisiveness, and supportiveness. These are must-have personalities of a

his business to lead his employees. If the leader starts a business without a vision, that
business cannot stand firm for a long time. To guarantee the benefits of employees, the
company has to survive. Therefore, directing employees to go the right way is the main
role of a leader.

leaders need to make many important decisions. If they are frequently hesitant, the
company’s operation will be stagnant. As a result, business productivity will decrease.
For instance, my previous boss is very talented, however, he is often tentative. Hence, the
company missed a lot of opportunities to develope and it had to stop last year. Therefore,
a boss should be able to decide quickly and confidently.

further their careers, and a strong manager would understand this. Good employers
can assist staff in locating personal growth resources and allowing them to participate in
new projects when it is appropriate to their skills, time, and career goals. As a result,
workers can maximize their ability, which helps the company be more developed. For
example, my sister loves her job and dedicates herself to her company because her boss
knows her strong points and supports her to better herself.

but also needs to be a true visionary, a decisive person, and a supporter of his
employees. The path to success of a company can be shorter with such a great boss.
