After watching the short video on the importance of HR, there came a
realization that human resource is the best asset that an organization may have.
Absence of human resource brings chaos.
As a documenter in the SLAC team, I will play a major role being part
of the human resource. The organization and implementation of the SLAC plan will
depend on the commitment, hard work, time and effort to be devoted by the
persons involved. The team and the rest of the group will work hand in hand to
actualize the goals set. The willingness to learn more will drive the group to soar
higher for the benefit of our clienteles and the welfare of the learners.

Being part of the DES SLAC Team is both a great opportunity and a great
responsibility-Opportunity in the sense that, I am now engaged and exposed to
more trainings and workshops to have in-depth understanding and commitment to
learn. Essential skills will be enhanced specifically leadership skills, communication
skills and collaboration. This is a great responsibility as well, because of the tasks
and duties that need to accomplish for the attainment of goals and success of the
SLAC plan. I should be the source of initiative and clear perspective through
showcasing optimism towards work and intrinsic motivation to learn more.
I kept engaged in the session because of the applicable instances cited
which will greatly help me in performing my role as a documenter.
Upon reflection, I could say that learning is always a choice. I am an
educator and I am a life-long learner!
