SUBJECT: CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR AN ORDER OF PURCHASE
Sir/Madam,
1. This agreement between both parties is to clarify with respect and understanding between both
parties in case of acceptance of spot (Optuspos Organic) which is a raw material and appropriate to the
public health service.
2. AXION PHARMA S.A agreed to buy from MD Tamin Rohan, a total quantity of 500 pieces at a final
price of $70.00 per piece, and immediately after satisfaction of inspection on delivery point, payment
will immediately take place.
3. This offer will remain the same until the last delivery. Also, price will not change under any
circumstance. Initial 100% payment will be made to seller upon delivery without any hesitation, either
partially or in bulk.
4. Dedicate to the public domain as seller may own the Optuspos Organic seeds and seller hereby
transfer and assigns to buyer such property, all reserves right belong to seller.
5. The seller is the true and lawful owner of his goods conveyed by this agreement and has full power to
convey such property.
