OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Your appointment is subject to the receipt of favorable reference from two guarantors. Subject to satisfactory performance, the Company will confirm your appointment at the end of the 3-month probationary period. Your employment will be fully confirmed after a successful probationary period, and your target is met. If your employment is confirmed after the probationary period, your basic salary will be reviewed upwards. Your National Target is N75 million monthly. If you attain up to 75% of your target at the end of your first year in our employment and subsequently, the Company will provide a yearly scholarship for the school fees of up to 4 of your biological children, which will apply in the year after the attainment of your target. If you fail to meet your target, your employment will be reviewed, and the Company reserves the right to withdraw all compensation to you.
