At the end, it has the dimensions of: 48 x 32 x 12.5” 12” 4 2 2 A 48” B 2 C 45” 3 1 1 2 2 32” 3 1 Figure 1—Top View Draw Latches 3.5” Hinges Figure 2—Side View Figure 3—Finished Table in Folded Position 2 Materials Needed 1 A/B Grade Plywood 2 Pine 2x4 (1.5 x 3.5”) @ 32” 6 boards 3 Pine 2x4 (1.5 x 3.5”) @ 45” 2 boards 4 Pine 2x4 (1.5 x 3.5”) @ 12” 1 board Wood screws, 2.5” Wood screws, 1.5” Draw latches, 1 x 3” 4 latches 180° Hinges, 7 x 1.5” 4 hinges Matte black paint 1 quart 0.5 x 48 x 32” 3 sheets Procedure 1. Sand edges of boards and sheets. 2. Paint the 2x4s and the surface of the plywood that will face up. 3. Clamp and screw 4. Screw each 2 (twice) and 2 to 3 3 to 1 to make Section A as shown in Figure 1. (see Figure 3). Figure 3—Screw 2 into 3 5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to make Section C. 6. Clamp and screw 7. Screw 4 2 (twice) to to the middle of 2 1 Figure 4—Screw hinges into underside to connect A and B to make Section B as shown in Figure 1. on Section B as shown in Figure 1. 8. Screw hinges underneath the plywood to connect Sections A and B (see Figure 4). 9. Screw hinges on top of the 2x4s to connect Sections B and C. 10. Lay out the table (in its unfolded form), and attach draw latches on the outer sides where Sections A and B can latch together. Repeat where Sections B and C can latch together.
