The expectation of the student about teamwork is a member was doing so well in planning the project and creating. Some members know the meaning of teamwork and cooperating so well or attended the meeting. All of the members were active and did their part in the group project to make their project presentable and best. The expectation of the student about their team is choosing a good leader for this project proposal because choosing a good leader can affect the flow of the project and also the work of their members but a good leader is useless if their members are not cooperating. Choosing a great leader or a project manager to encourage you and your other members to do their tasks very well to give more impact on the project. Teamwork is a work as a team that's why sharing information and helping each other. Teamwork is a team that works together and they have one goal to give or create the best and most presentable project. The expectation of students about teamwork is having good communication and bonding as a group because having a bond with your groupmate can bring a positive impact on your task. Teamwork is almost working together or mutual support each one another and trusting and functioning coherently with strong relations between members and leader. • What are their problems encountered in reality? Problems encountered in reality one of them is the most common problem is the one-man team this show that the group leaders were doing all of the activities and tasks. Project and work management this expectation shows that a leader divides the work for their member and manages it. This is a group that is well coordinated the leader will create a plan and the members will participate well. This kind of reality shows great teamwork and team that how they move and how they spend their time planning and distributing the work. The lack of leadership happened always because not want to be a leader and because they had no experience to be a leader and no knowledge about it. If you choose a leader or project manager that have lack leadership the group had no coordination between their members and their project manager. don't have a democratic approach this expectation shows that the leader did not know their members. Mostly this leader gives a task that is not suitable for the knowledge and skills of the members. Miscommunication within the team Mostly it happened to me and my members because I miss communicating what going to do and what we need to do to give or create the best project. Based on my previous group this is the most common issue that I encountered as a group leader because my members are not consulting with me before they pass the project or the activity. This shows that having better communication with your teammate is the key to the success of your project or activities. Poor time management, yes it happened to my groupmate in we waited one week before the deadline that's why we cannot give time to recheck our work or ask questions or consult the teacher because we are running out of time. Lack of engagement from team members this problem is the most common issue in teamwork because other of your members is not consistent to do their task or not participating in the group project.
