4.2 - Plan the staffing, troubleshooting, etc. for launch day.
4.3 - Plan a training session for a select group of managers, followed by training sessions for the waitstaff at each
location.

5 – Milestone 5 : Testing phase
5.1 - Invite loved ones to try out the tablets with you.
5.2 - Test the new ordering system for tablets.
5.3 - Conduct a post-meal survey to gauge patron satisfaction
