Case Introduction
• Created in late 90s as a business platform to provide a strong shared brands for smaller firms
• Independent law offices with 8-40 employees in more than 20 offices around Denmark
• Back Office: meeting planning and scheduling, marketing, accounting, invoicing
• Legal Office: focusing solely on legal work
• Problem: same customer accessing AdvoGroup from multiple locations
• Goal of AdvoGroup: Integrate and harmonize services, expand platform to existing online
players
• Goal of the case: solve the problems and achieve AdvoGroup’s goals using knowledge of

Assumptions:
1. A client must choose a law firm to
be a client.
2. The law firm has at least one lawyer
working at the firm.
3. A client can only have one case at a
time. After the case is solved (date
closed) then the cli-ent will be able to
open up a new, different case.
